Ensure necessary forms of assistance and personalized planning for comprehensive care and active inclusion of LGBTQIA+ individuals in the workforce, especially those most vulnerable.

The project “SPAZIO PLUS ARCOBALENO” aims to prevent and eliminate all forms of discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
The service intends to activate integrated pathways designed to prevent and eliminate all forms of discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity, protecting and supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals to combat gender-based and homotransphobic violence through concrete actions to support victims.
Specifically, the project will initiate pathways for care, guidance, and professional training to expand social and employment inclusion opportunities for young LGBTQIA+ individuals.
SPAZIO PLUS ARCOBALENO proposes the opening of a multifunctional public service center where activities such as the following will take place:
- tutoring and guidance on training and employment, including the activation of training and work scholarships;
- personalized care planning.
- psychological, educational, and legal support;
- awareness-raising events aimed at public and private entities to promote and sensitize them to issues related to homotransphobic discrimination.
