Objectives

Support employment and housing autonomy for women victims of violence, through career guidance, internships, and tailored psychological support.

Ensure immediate shelter and protection for women in danger, by creating a specialized Emergency Team available 24/7, integrated with the regional anti-violence network.

Promote collaboration between the Center, businesses, and local institutions, creating concrete employment opportunities and fostering social reintegration.

Enhance the Anti-Violence Center’s response capacity, by extending opening hours and structuring continuous support programs to ensure a sustainable exit from violence.

The “Implementation of the Ananke Anti-Violence Center” project aims to strengthen and structure ongoing support services for women victims of violence, with a special focus on both emergency response and long-term autonomy in employment and housing.

Through the activation of a dedicated Autonomy Desk, the project offers personalized career guidance, internship opportunities, and psychological support, helping women rediscover and enhance their skills in a perspective of social reintegration and economic independence.

At the same time, the project establishes a specialized Emergency Team, available 24/7 to ensure immediate protection for women in danger. Composed of social workers, legal experts, and psychologists, the team assists women in the initial steps of escaping violence, providing safe shelter and developing an individualized support plan.Additional project components include extended opening hours for the Anti-Violence Center, psychological support groups for women engaged in internships, and strong collaboration with local businesses and institutions to create tangible employment opportunities.

The ultimate goal is to build a pathway out of violence that extends beyond immediate protection to foster long-term self-determination and autonomy.
