The increasing presence of diverse religious beliefs in contemporary societies highlights a growing need for qualified professionals who work in roles, services, or professions related to social interactions. These professionals require an in-depth understanding of the various religious expressions and the complex interactions between religious identities and civil coexistence.
The First-Level Master’s Program in Religious Studies and Intercultural Mediation aims to provide advanced education, equipping professionals with:
- A comprehensive knowledge of different religions and the dynamics of religious pluralism in multicultural societies.
- The operational skills needed to address issues arising from interreligious coexistence in various social sectors.
- The ability to develop intercultural solutions that respect religious diversity while upholding the fundamental values of communal living.
Thanks to funding from the 8×1000 contributions of the Italian Buddhist Institute Soka Gakkai, two full scholarships will be awarded for the Master’s Program in Religious Studies and Intercultural Mediation.
